Had a fantastic stay with my wife, celebrating our anniversary with The Culture. Took a direct flight from Singapore with Scoot and just 10minutes drive away from the airport, and perfect for aviation sightseeing of planes coming in to land, or takeoff. The amazing service staff at reception, restaurant and all were really warm and friendly. Checking in and out were seemless. What we loved about the hotel was our villa with beachfront access and private pool. It was comfortable, clean and quiet. Perfect place to relax and enjoy. We also enjoyed the daily breakfast which had decent selection from both western and asian/thai cuisines. Happy to have my bacon, hashbrown and sausages every morning with iced coffee and eggs. Of the many things we did such as a Thai cooking class and watching a fireshow on the beach within the hotels property, our favourite activity was the private dining on the beach where we had a splendid surf and turf bbq feast, which overlooked the beach and captured the most beautiful sunset. Tee and the ladies from the restaurant were great and their service made our happy hour cocktail visits that much sweeter. The gym was simple and easy to access as we managed to squeeze some time in for a quick workout. We even did an evening yoga session with Anne, a professional instructor who catered to us beginners. There are also many good (clean) massage outlets and nail saloons outside along the same street. The same stretch you can find amazing local thai food eateries. You can also get pizza or macdonalds next door or even get late night snacks from the 7-11 across the street. There's even, Majesty Tailor a 10minute walk away to get your suits done. We also did make a short visit to the fisherman's village night market to have a seafood dinner and our favourite mango sticky rice, along with other local delights. Overall stay was perfect and we can't wait to go back again in the near future.

Absolutely fabulous stay. We were in the lower level pool villa with beachfront access. Absolutely perfect to have a small pool to yourself. Even though it is a public beach, it is a quiet part of the island so you essentially have it to yourself. Also a cute swing was attached to a palm tree in front of the villa. The room itself is lovely with a Queen bed, TV with YouTube, lovely bamboo and wooden furniture and a clean modern bathroom. Room service was brilliant and they have an app covering your every need. However even if you are in one of the main hotel rooms, those rooms also looked nice and the hotel does not feel too busy. You can always get a sun lounger and the main infinity pool is empty. We drove a car there and there is limited parking space but also lots of space on the road if required. The highlight was the lovely security guard who helps you park and helps you cross the road. The breakfast was also brilliant with a good range of Western and Eastern cuisine. The location is also brilliant. There are nice small restaurants right near the Property but it is not rowdy at all at night. Also massage parlours and small shops nearby, including a 24 hours 7-Eleven which was very handy. It is also only 5 minutes drive from the airport which some people may not like but the planes are very infrequent. You are also 10 mins walk from The Big Buddha. You are also close to Fisherman’s Village and a lot of the water excursions. Highly recommended.

This hotel has the WOW factor. It is stunning. It’s a perfect location right on the beach, also in the centre of town with its many bars and food places. The staff are great,as was the breakfast offering. Rooms are of a good size also.Fantastic swimming pools and plenty of loungers. Directly outside is a great service laundry shop, also directly opposite is a lovely little bar/restaurant for quick snacks and drinks. 7 eleven is also opposite and there is a McDonald’s just down the road…we would definitely stay there again without question.

We were upgraded and given a sea view room - thanks for that. The employees are very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is very tasty and has a great selection. The beach isn't the prettiest (small harbor), but it was still ok. The pool and the loungers are very stylishly furnished. The hotel offers direct motorbike rentals, which is very convenient and next door it has a self-laundry (Otteri Wash & Dry) which is very convenient.

We really enjoyed our stay at U Samui. At this price point, this is one of the better Hotels in Ko Samui. The beachfront sitting area was brilliant - we were there every evening. It was really cool seeing airplanes land at the nearby airport. The hotel has almost all the facilities one can think of (gym, swimming pool, concierge, restaurant etc).- really good!
